“A police state is incompatible with liberty. If a constitutional republic is desired and individual liberty is cherished, this concentration of power cannot be tolerated” –Congressman Ron Paul.

Thomas Pain said, “The cause of America is, in great measure, the cause of all mankind.” And so what we do in Kansas does matter. As Kansas fought for freedom in the 1850’s let the cause of liberty begin here again.

Smart Port Not so Smart

It was only a few months ago that we rose up and said no to the giving away some of our most sensitive ports to the United Arab Emirates. The concept of having any foreign power in control of something that was so critical not only to our economy but to our security and sovereignty was rightfully frightening. Well get your pitch forks and torches ready again, the border is coming to Kansas City with the proposed Franken-port and the treacherous highway corridor to slavery and defeat.

The idea is to bring freight directly from the Mexican port of Lazaro Cardenas in sealed containers to Kansas City where it will then finally go through customs. What this means is that tons of even more cheap Chinese and Mexican goods will come into Kansas City at a lower cost and duty free due to NAFTA and CAFTA. What you are not being told is that it is not American workers who work at the port or transport these goods to Kansas City. It will be owned and operated by the Mexican government in Mexican sovereign territory right here is Kansas City. We will allow Mexican trucks and trains access through Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas and we will not be allowed stop, inspect, or even enforce safety inspections of this freight before it reaches the smart port

Mexico has already demonstrated that it is a corrupt regime. They have demonstrated no interest in cooperating in stopping the flow of illegal immigrants across the southern border. There have been border violations by Mexican military and gun fire exchanged with the border patrol and sheriff’s deputies in what we used to considered acts of war. We have even Arab terrorists crossing the border dressed as Mexican migrant workers and confessions from those terrorists that the Mexican government was paid cash money to help them cross. Who knows how many we didn’t catch? Is this who we should trust with inspecting cargo coming right into the heart of America? What assurances do we have to prevent the importation of weapons of mass destruction, containers full of illegal aliens or terrorists, weapons, or even foreign invasion troops? And “Homeland Insecurity” even thinks this is a good idea?

Most politicians and the media are shamefully silent about this issue. They are trying to tell us that they are protecting American jobs and securing the border while behind our backs in secret they are securing support and financing for the Kansas City Smart Port and the Trans-national highway corridor connecting it. Many of our local and federal representatives are illegally preparing to give over to the Mexican government our tax dollars as well as gift territory to a foreign power that will operate this port or parts of the highway corridor. This will provide strategic choke-holds over our transportation and communication networks by a foreign power. Wake up and smell the treason! They are doing this without our permission, knowledge, and without the proper two-thirds ratification of the U.S. Senate. This by definition makes any politician or businessman an agent of a foreign power. It violates their oaths of office and this used to be called treason. “Lamestream” Democrat or RINO Republican makes no difference, if they support this they need to be removed from office. Vote for reform.

According to CFR documents this is just the beginning of what will become a new Pan-American Union in which the United States will cease to exist There is more, you are going to pay for this in lost jobs, higher taxes, toll roads, and even more property stolen under eminent domain. Is your property next? They aren’t even bothering to sell this infrastructure to Mexico like they did with Dubai, they giving it to them! Find out what you can do. Come to the Operation U-turn rally on September 30th at the Kansas City Clarion Hotel 9103 East 39th, Kansas City, starting at 9 am. Abraham Lincoln said, “At what place shall we expect the approach of danger and if it reach us, it must spring from among us, it can never come from abroad. If destruction be out lot then we ourselves must be it authors and finishers, as a nation of freemen we shall live through all time or die by suicide” If we can not stop this insanity, stick a fork in us we are done. The Smart Port will become a monument to stupidity for which our children’s children will judge us.

See also
midwestconcernedcitizens.org/naftasuperhighway.info/bobgriggs.com/spp.gov/kscsmartport.com/
nascocorridor.com (Just a beginning)

Time to Clean Out the Barn (Positions)

It has been extremely difficult to gain access to the voters, especially with a limited budget. Candidate forums simply ignore third party candidates and the general tendency is simply not to invite or even list your candidacy in their forum. If I don’t know about the forum how can I participate? How can you vote for change if you are not even allowed to know about it? Precisely, that is how the established parties intend to keep it. Promising you everything while stabbing you in back, selling you out in exchange for corporate dollars, and all along forging the shackles for your slavery.

The problems facing Kansas are not unique to Kansas. They are national and problems facing every state, county, and every single individual. Dare I even say some of these reduce down to issues of even life and death. Because of the tremendous obstacles that the established two party farce have placed in electoral system, victory at the polls is extremely unlikely. Therefore, I am taking the position that these issues should be pressed upon whoever you place in office and wherever you reside. Don’t stop after election Day! Demand changes!

All our state and federal government continues to be a rogue elephant out of control. We need to put the shackles on the government instead of the people. It is time that we stand up and say what part of “NO” don’t you understand? Government is supposed to serve the people not the people serve the government. In order to protect us from terrorism the war on terrorism has become a war against us. The growing police and martial law mentality is consuming all our unalienable rights guaranteed in the Constitution as surely as the ink fades on paper it was written. If we go into a open fascist police state, then not even your children’s children will live to see freedom again.

The government keeps telling us that we must sacrifice because we are at war and the terrorists hate us because they hate our freedom. Then if so, why has Washington and the vassal States done more to destroy those freedoms than terrorists with box cutters ever could do? Why do we now have free speech zones? Is not all of American supposed to be a free speech zone? Why is your government shutting down churches and attacking Christian ideas and symbols at every opportunity? Why are Christians being arrested for praying in public or even expressing their first amendment rights of assembly and speech? Why is preaching the gospel a hate crime?

Why is the government confiscating guns of law abiding citizens? They did so in New Orleans. Why is more and more legislation to take away your right to own and possess a fire arm introduced every year? Why do you think it makes sense to register gun owners? These new right to carry laws are nothing more than that. They want to turn your right into a privilege and now they have registration of gun owners rather than the guns themselves.

Your rights to property, judicial protections of a jury, habeas corpus, and unreasonable search and seizure are all under attack. Privacy doesn’t exist any more. The government seems to be ignorant of simply, ignores prohibition against cruel and unusual as it embraces torture. The clause prohibiting ex post facto legislation is simply ignored. The Congress surrendered its right and duty to regulate and print money to a private banking cartel called the Federal Reserve.
I don’t support dictatorships and slavery of any persons around the globe. But our government has sought to wage war against largely innocent women and children by using weapons of mass destruction that they dared condemn other nations for possessing. We have dropped white phosphorous on whole villages. We have dropped tactical nuclear bunker busters. We used millions of tons of depleted Uranium ammunition and all of this destroys everyone within a certain radius and poisons the whole region for millennia to come. We fund and export mass genocide of whole populations through “population control”. We kill millions of innocent babies in America and order the execution of the disabled and the elderly. How dare we call ourselves an enlightened nation when our sins are as great if not greater than the nations we attack?

(1) The growth in state and federal government seems to be without limit while our forefathers intended government to be a limited government. Today government has its fingers in nearly every facet of our lives. It regulates everything from the jobs where earn our living to the pot we pee in. Even then it takes that pot away as it unabashedly consumes our sustenance with voracious appetite for taxes.

Take for example one of the biggest problems in Kansas government. Kansas already is the top 15 states for high taxes. It has more state employees per capita than 45 other states. Yet it ranks in the bottom 10 states for economic growth and opportunity. This is not good enough. Kansas revenues are still declining and even more tax increases are around the corner, unless this beast is put on a shorter lease. What we have in the current race are politicians promising more and more benefits and spending while at the same time promising not to raise taxes. Go figure; are people still stupid enough to buy these lies?

Does Kansas or even congress need some sort of taxpayer bill of rights? Yes, but I question whether any sort of constitutional amendment will be that effective. The problem we have lies not with constitution but with politicians that will not keep their oaths of office and use every opportunity to ignore the constitution when it suits them. The problem we have is too many politicians and bureaucrats that are serving the corporate money interest rather than the people. It is time to clean out the barn and starting firing those who are wasting money and breaking their oaths of office.

We do need sunset commissions to investigate what agencies and government functions are no longer needed or duplicated. We need these commissions to study what can be cut because we must downsize government rather than our pocket books. These commissions must be made up of genuine independent individuals who must meet the definition of being independent of the agencies they audit by AICPA standards. This means that not even spouses or relatives can have any interest in agencies or funds affecting those agencies.

We also need to bring about more transparency in State, Local, or even Federal agency Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports. These reports if you would bother to read them; indicate that there exists billions, yes BILLIONS, squirreled away in “Reserve Funds” that you don’t even know about and that they don’t want you to know about. Our state and local government in particular keep telling us that they don’t have any money so they have keep raising taxes. But these reserve funds keep growing because they are not using them.
The 2004 Kansas Comprehensive Annual Report showed that there was an excess of $14 billion in reserve. Now that might not seem like a lot in whole grand scale of the state budget as whole but every city, county, and most school districts also have reserve funds For example the city of Overland Park had in 2004 about 1.9 billion itself. If we were to bother to add up all the reserves of every county, city, school, or agency, we would find substantial reserves capable of running government functions for years without any tax increases.

Admittedly many of these are restricted for a specific purpose and probably could not be touched but, we might be surprised to find out how many of those restrictions have expired or the purpose for restriction no longer exists. The point is that nobody is really even looking. The purpose of these rainy day reserve funds is to provide funds to operate the government during years of a down economy. The funds are supposed to provide stability in public finance. Well, what we got was higher taxes instead of using these funds as we were supposed to supplement. The idea of using these funds also demands that we pursue economic development and grow the economy so that we can replace the reserves in prosperous times.

(2) Critically linked to the problem of budget deficits and revenue shortages is economic policy itself. What we have in the establishment parties is an inability to think outside of the box. They only see one solution to revenue enhancement and that translates into tax increases. They are preoccupied with new ways to tax and new methods to get more from the taxes that already exist. Seldom is the concept of economic development considered a viable alternative. It could also be in their minds that they won’t touch reserves because they know their other policies are designed never to bring prosperity back.

It is basic economics 101, in a good economy business and employees make more money and they spend more money. This creates more tax revenue without having to raise tax rates. In a depressed economy spending and earnings are restricted and tax revenues decline. When you raise taxes on an already depressed economy, you will restrict growth even more. Furthermore, economic growth does not come from the casino economy of entertainment and retail. This kind of economic activity only redistributes the existing wealth. To create growth and enhance tax revenue, you must create value added production. like manufacturing, agriculture, and the extraction natural resources. You must be creating new wealth from existing resources and government spending, entertainment, and retail services don’t do this.

(2) We hate to tell you so but Ross Perot was right. NAFTA, GATT, and now CAFTA did not and do not create economic growth. That giant sucking sound was sound of rushing to the bottom and has become roar of emptiness It is the sound of the misery of the working poor everywhere It is the sound of millions crossing the boarder daily to escape from the devastation visited upon Mexican and central American farming. It is the sound of millions of unemployed and under-employed who cannot even afford to buy the still over-priced cheaply made foreign goods. It is the cries of infirmity because of the of lack health care too expensive to purchase without benefits on menial wages. It is the sound of chains being forged for all us but the few who benefit from it all. It is the sound of debt, poverty, and hunger to bequeath to our children.

Yes, we were told and apparently most politicians still believe it, that free trade is good for you. Free and open boarders and global unions are good for us. What we got was the Wal-Mart mentality instead of the development model promised us. Development is what we want. It simply states that investment whether it is local or foreign creates jobs and good jobs that pay wages capable of stimulating spending and taxes that sustain the economy. When people and businesses make money they have money to spend which stimulates more profit which stimulate more investment to create more jobs. Tax revenues increase automatically without having to raise rates and in fact can often be cut to encourage even more growth. If there appears to be too rapid of growth, such can be slowed by increased taxes to avoid any supply induced recessions. But this is done only in good times not bad.

The free traitors or the Wal-Mart model is quite the opposite. This is where investment flows to take advantage of the lowest cost as the sole means advantaged trade. It is not about development of new markets or even preserving old ones. It is about the bottom line and bottom line only. Hence, value added production flows to where the cheapest production costs are. The Wal-Mart model is only concerned about capturing market share with price and price only. It does not care about quality, it does not care about brand loyalty, it does not care about the community, it does not care about investing in its employees, and it certainly does not care about its customers. If it can drive out competition and dictate costs to venders with pricing, people have to come back. How can domestic producers compete with 32 cents per hour in China? How can we compete when it is often even less for prison labor in Chinese re-education camps?

What we have gotten when the factories left America was that these manufacturers did not pay foreign labor more. They did not develop those nations. They exploited them for cheap labor and continued to pay workers slave labor wages often in sweat shops for long hours and no benefits. When the products are shipped back to America there was no price cut, no savings to the consumer. Or if there was, it was only enough to undercut existing American made prices. Huge profits were and still are being reaped by the corporate borg. A pair of Nike Tennis shoes would sale for $150 would cost less than $10. A shirt selling for $30 might have less than $1 in labor costs. But these profits did not even flow back into shareholders pockets. The loin shares of booty went right into the pockets of corporate officers who laid off workers and moved the factories. The before tax bottom line had increased tremendously. The bonuses were paid presumably to avoid huge tax bills. After all this effort, corporate profits would about the same or slightly higher but not enough to increase dividend payout to shareholder, besides dividends are not tax deductible and bonuses were. So who benefits? Was it America? Was it the foreign workers? Was it the corporate stockholder? Was it the consumer? Was it the American worker? Do you get the picture?

But there is more. All the service and technical jobs that were supposed to be our salvation are leaving also. They are being out sourced to China, India, Russia, and who knows where. Work that can be done via the internet or telephone transmissions is being done anywhere that the price is right. Who cares about quality? How many times have you called help service lines only to get some one who can barely understand or speak English and that you cannot understand?
There is even more, for those jobs that cannot leave or be outsourced they are bringing in foreigners to do the work here for less. This is not about immigration. It is not about needing workers to do the work that we won’t do. Many of the highest paying and technical jobs are now being filled by foreign workers. It was over ten years ago, when I was searching the unemployment office for a good paying job. When I found one that paid in excess of $50,000 the job center could not write a referral despite the fact that I met every criteria save one. The one that I did not meet was that it was for a foreigner only. Had I even been an illegal alien they could have referred me but, since I was a taxpayer citizen, I was not allowed to have it.

Several years ago Sprint headquarters in Kansas City laid off hundreds of workers. Was it downsizing? No, what they did after laying them off was bring in about the same number of foreign workers and according to news reports, they paid them the same wages. The Minutemen project has already demonstrated that the open border problem is not about poor migrants coming here to take jobs that we will not take. It is not just about these poor individuals trying to escape misery. Many of these people crossing the border are from over hundred different nations. Some of them have paid thousands of dollars just to get to Mexico and thousands more to be smuggled across the border. These are not poor migrants paying thousands of dollars to come here only to get at best a minimum wage job.

Now they have said that “illegal” aliens are entitled to in state tuition at our colleges and universities. Is this so that we can train them to take even more of jobs? When will the insanity stop? If we oppose open borders and “illegal” immigration how come that has come to mean we oppose immigration? In what language does the word “illegal” mean something else? We need immigration. We welcome legal immigration. For national security, we just want it controlled and monitored. We want the borders closed to illegal passage.

What nation in the world does not have right to protect its borders? What is wrong with taking care of the U.S.A. first? Open borders does not go both ways. In no other nation, can a person go to illegally, get a job, get credit to buy property and businesses, get cheap education, practically free health care, and benefits! Only, the USA is stupid enough to practice this kind of national suicide. We need politicians who understand this not about politically correct touchy-feely help the poor issues. Those who really want to support illegal immigrants have to realize that if they cook this golden goose for all it is worth, then there will be nothing for anyone. The United States will become just another slave state like the one they were trying escape from. Is this really what any of us want?

We need to empower law enforcement to do its job. In many parts the country homicide, assaults, burglary and even rapes are becoming epidemic. The epidemic in crime is being committed by roving gangs that are nearly 100% illegal aliens. But due to sanctuary laws, police are forbidden to inquire into any criminal suspect’s immigration status. All they can do is try to take them off the street only after they are caught in the act of a violent crime.

We are cuddling the illegal alien with some sort of special status. They can get special loans and assistance. They don’t have to comply with our id requirements. They are to be exempt from the national ID card. They can often get health and welfare benefits that no others can get. Ted Kennedy recently introduced SR 2611 which goes beyond mere amnesty. This law if passed could require you to house an illegal alien or an illegal family in your home without compensation, if your income and unused square footage met the guidelines (Powerhour 6/29/06). There are no guidelines, we give amnesty to the wrong people and deny it to others. To become legal often represents a significant step down in the benefits and treatments allowed. So why would you want to be here legally?

If you really want to help poor migrants then we need to pursue the development not the exploitation model of foreign trade. We need to establish laws that require foreigner worker to be treated the same. We need to assure that they receive the prevailing wage, benefits, and pay appropriate taxes. We need to assure they receive the full benefits of being here but that requires that they be here legally. It remains that the only reason they want “illegal aliens” is so that they can exploit cheap labor. That is simply wrong regardless of which side of the issue you are on. In the final analysis, if we cannot stop the financial bleeding, we need to charge these foreign governments fees for services we are providing to educate their children, house their criminals, provide health care and welfare benefits to their citizens. If they refuse to pay then we charge their trade accounts or cash transactions..

(3) After 911 the people realized just how vulnerable we were. Our government promised to protect us. We got a consolidation of power into a new agency called homeland “insecurity”. What followed was a series of laws like the Patriot ACT I & II and host of executive orders which has taken away and assaulted every single one of our bill of rights guaranteed by the Constitution. It is time you realize that Washington has done more to destroy our Constitutional Republic than any terrorist.

We got a system of secret trials, arrests, and secret evidence. We have no Habeas Corpus. We got unrestricted surveillance in intrusions into private papers, letters, emails, and phone calls. Grandma in the wheel chair is strip searched at the airport. You are told you cannot bring nail files, shampoo, or even tooth paste on the plane. Old ladies are tazered and small children are handcuffed for eating candy on the subway. We have gotten unrestricted warrant-less search and seizures. We have laws that will require mandatory medical treatment and vaccination even at gun point if necessary. Police abuse is on the increase. Torture is now acceptable in the fight against terrorism. We have seen that they can seize the guns from law abiding citizens without due cause or process. Of course the border remains wide open while they crack down on us. And we are lied to and told these abominations will only be applied to terrorist. Do you really fee safer?

What you are never told is that they define any crime as terrorism and they have put so many laws on the books that make every one of us a criminal in some way, therefore we can all be defined as terrorists if they so choose. We no longer have freedom of speech. Hate crimes laws are being applied to Christians who publicly read certain Bible passages. It is a criminal act to speak against official government policies and thus a terrorist act. It is a crime to expose illegal government activity or file legal briefs against them, this is paper terrorism. If you oppose the government policy you are with the terrorist and therefore a terrorist too.

Churches are being closed and members jailed for saying anti-government or “political” messages from the pulpit. Christians are being jailed for praying in public. The Ten Commandments or other Biblical images are forbidden in public but pornographic images are protected. Our churches are being converted into mind control centers to program members to blindly follow government orders .or just preach smooth things. They are being infiltrated with government informants to spy on members and report “suspicious” activities. Of course, in order to preserve liberty they are graciously allowing us to have “free speech” zones in remote parts of the community where no one will hear us and media will ignore.

Every state and locality has to reassert its 10th amendment rights and reject these federal mandates. We need to reject the Patriot Acts. We need to reject the national ID mandates. We need to preserve the Bill of Rights We need to make it illegal to implant any citizen with micro-chip against their will or knowledge. It should also be illegal to sell any item implanted with a spy chip without disclosure or deactivation of the chip before leaving the store. Our private papers, phone calls, and persons must be secure from government intrusion unless they can show just cause and issue a valid warrant specifically stating items and persons to be searched and what they are seeking.

(4) As states, we have to stop the hemorrhaging of our national sovereignty and national security to Pam American Unions and international agreements. We recently were aghast with the proposal to give many of out port authorities to the United Arab Emirates. The concept of having a foreign government sympathetic toward Arab terrorism in charge of many of our most important ports of entry in a time of war with those terrorist, was treasonous. Of course, this was just one of many transactions of the plunge protection team to prevent or at least slow the falling dollar. When Dubai did not get the deal, she pulled out 13 billion in U.S. securities the next day.

Yet, they are up to something even more sinister right here in Kansas City. They are in the process of building a smart port right in downtown Kansas City. It will be an international port of entry for goods shipped in from Mexico via the Super NAFTA highway transportation corridor being built through Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas to Kansas City and on northward. The proposal is that port will be owned and operated by the Mexican Government. The highway, rail lines, and utility right of ways are being constructed by joint foreign interest. Spain is a critical partner in the Texas toll leg.

This is not about jobs. If foreign governments are going to be operating these facilities, who do you think they will hire? It will be Mexican trains and trucks, it will not be American Teamsters moving this freight. Toll revenues will be going to foreign governments. All that cheap Chinese crap that will come directly from Mexican ports to Kansas City, without inspections or duties will not be that cheap after all these foreign government collect their taxes in the form of shipping costs. It is a national security nightmare, since freight comes directly into the heartland of America before it can even be inspected. How in the world can we protect ourselves from the importation of weapons of mass destruction like nuclear warheads or biological agents? If we did not want Dubai in control of our ports, why should we give Mexico or any other Nations this kind of unfettered access? WE NEED THIS STOPED!

Furthermore, this corridor is being and will be built with eminent domain land seizures. The proposal calls for a right of way of 400 or more yards on either side of the present I 35 route. Other documents, indicate they may want to develop as much as a 1 mile path along the I 35 route. If your property is within 1 mile of 1 35, it might not be safe. If this is not enough, there are proposals for other corridors through other states to provide ports and hubs all the way to Canada. If all the corridors are given foreign ownership and control, these corridors could be used to divide the nation. They certainly will provide rapid deployment for future invasion plans should they be necessary.

It is plane and simple, we can not continue to be a superpower if we no longer have a manufacturing base. We have no national security if our defense industry and our armaments rely on foreign parts and foreign manufacturing to exist. We have no national security, if our defense software applications are farmed out to China, India, and Russia. Even our Military uniforms and high quality switched US flags are no longer made in America. Doesn’t this concern you?

(5) This nation and its freedoms were built upon agriculture. The abundance of quality food blessed America and made us more secure. Our abysmal farm policies have now converted the United States into a net importer of food. It is imperative to every American that we preserve the freedom to farm and to encourage economic development of the rural economy. Rural development will also lesson the financial strain on urban areas because they would have to subsidize the rural areas less.

Back in the late seventies we encouraged farmers to plant from fence row to fence row. Rural land prices were soaring and we told farmers to borrow to hilt to buy new equipment and modernize. We encouraged them to use the newly emerging hybrid seeds for larger yields. We told them that they would make up for the extra cost by producing in volume. So they did but farm prices dropped. We were told it was because they were too efficient and produced too much food then land prices began to fall and farmers quickly saw themselves upside down in their loans. Then came the banking and savings and loan scandals and failures, not necessarily because farmers were not paying but, because of fraud and corruption in the banking industry.

In hind site we now know that thousands of the banks and loaning institutions that were closed and consolidated were quite solvent. We now understand that the crisis was precipitated in part so the FDIC, FHLC, and FLIC could call loans at precisely the time when they knew the farmers could not pay. Local banks could do nothing. For the first time in history thousands and thousands of family farms were sold off and sold for pennies on the dollar to friends of the federal banking insiders. Farm Aid and telethons, did little to help family farm. Congress rolled over on its belly like a lap dog to Federal Reserve Bankers.

This fiscal and trade policy assault has never stopped. Land can now be seized for a host of other violations like environment protections for wet lands, endangered insects or vermin and wild lands conservation initiatives. If you are accused of a drug or terrorist crime, your land or any property can be seized and you have to prove innocence to get it back. Now we have to battle eminent domain seizure that allows the local government to take your land for pennies on the dollar and give it developers just because they can improve it and enhance the tax basis When will this insanity stop? Remember it was Republicans and Democrats that brought you these benefits!

Small family farms are facing another hurdle. The animal ID system is nothing more than forcing a federal license to farm. This system has never been voted on or debated on by Congress. State legislatures were mis-briefed and mis-lead to approve it. Kansas State University has concluded that the Animal ID system will cost the average small farmer anywhere from $120 to $600 per livestock head to implement. Some very small operations with only a few animals will be sacked with over $1200 per animal to comply. Fines of up to $1000 per day and land seizures are in the plans if you fail to comply. We may even eventually be forced to put these same micro chips in our dogs and cats Will you be next?

Here is worst part of the rub, the largest producers with thousands of animals will not have to comply. They will only have to tag groups like barns, herds, or lots of animals. It seems like it’s clearly designed to drive out small competition.

It is being sold as tool to prevent plague epidemics like bird flu from infecting our food supply. What a farce, we already have a strong ability to track animals and to test the food supply, the FDA just won’t allow food packers to do so. We need to do so immediately so Kansas livestock will comply with export requirements required of many nations. A micro chip can not stop one single animal from becoming diseased. Furthermore, those animals most likely to become diseased are those that are kept and raised in cramped enclosed quarters and they are very ones exempt. It just does make sense unless you are out to further burden small independent producers.

In addition, we need to establish labeling requirements that reveal country of origin and whether any food for human consumption has any genetically modified organisms. We need to protect organic labeling to mean that is free from chemicals and GMOs. We need to protect local farmers markets and prevent any further incursions from the federal government designed to shut them down We need to put shackles on the FDA’s ability to shut down farms simply because they made health claims based upon nutritional research. We need a farm subsidy program that is not tied to using modified hybrid or genetically modified crops, not tied to not growing food, and represents true price supports rather than acreage or size. We need to be serious about developing alternative crops that create real profits for farmers.

Before you roll your eyes back into your head and say, oh no just another recycled Hippie, keep your mind open. Hemp has gotten bad rap. While related, industrial Hemp is not marijuana or wacky week. Nearly everything you have been told about it is a lie and it used to be the crash crop on which this country was founded There are hundreds of products from paper, textiles, to medicine and food that can come from the Hemp plant. If there is any one universal plant that God intended man to have Hemp fits its best description. If Hemp is so bad, why do we import it from Canada but, still say it is illegal to grow it here?

Under the tenth amendment and states rights, three other states are trying to legalize the production and farming of industrial Hemp. Yet, guess which state’s soil tests and climate show that it is best suited to grow Hemp with minimal efforts and expense? Could it be Kansas? We are missing a major opportunity and all the rural industries that could spin off from this crop.

(6) The rising price of fuel and energy is another planned crisis to loot us all. At present, it costs less than $10 per barrel to acquire Middle Eastern oil but, they are selling it to us for in excess of $80 per barrel. The world’s oil supply is not at risk. Peak oil lies are just that, a lie! Domestic production is costing about $15 to $20 barrel so they will not develop or expand our vast capabilities despite the huge price differences. What we are in the grips of is political manipulation of oil resources for the sole purpose of creating crisis to suppress production and hence increase prices. There is more oil in one location in Alaska than in all of Saudi Arabia. It is not in the Anwr, it is not on the North Slope, and it does not have to come through the pipeline. Better yet, it has already been drilled and developed. Yet it was capped and sealed under National Security more than thirty years ago and you are still being told it does not exist.

So what can we do in Kansas or any state for that matter? We need to put the state’s muscle behind pushing for new independent investigations into both 911 and the war on terrorism. We need to thoroughly investigate and get answers concerning the trans-Asian oil and gas pipelines and the Caspian Sea oil ventures, including both the Bush and Bin Laden family involvement in these ventures.

We need to support independent producers and establish price guarantees for independent oil and gas ventures of somewhere between $20 and $25 per barrel. You question this because you say my God at $80 per barrel that ought to be enough to encourage expansion? It is not and here is why.

Who sets the price of oil? It is not the oil producer. It is not even the big oil companies. Just like the farmer, the price is set by international bankers and traders who set behind computers in New York City. By manipulation of commodity trading they are setting the price of today’s commodity that oil companies must pay to get the oil delivered. That independent producer or even the Arab well head is not getting $80 per barrel. The Middle East is getting about $6 and domestic producers area getting about $15 the rest is pure profit to the international bankers who underwrote the investment capital. If we had pure unbiased independent investigations this would all be public.

In the early 1980’s after the first manipulated oil crisis, the price of oil dropped from $32 per barrel to about $11 nearly overnight. Suddenly, we had plenty of oil after them telling us we had a shortage. Independent domestic producers had invested heavily in expanding production and in doing their part to help reduce our dependence on foreign oil. Suddenly, they found themselves upside down just like the farmer. It was costing more to produce than they could get for their product. The oil boom went bust and even to this day some parts of Southern Texas still have not fully recovered. So it is only natural that until something is done to prevent the price manipulations, they are very reluctant to make the investments necessary to crank up domestic production. So we set on billions and billions of barrels of our own crude and will not develop or produce it because, government will not do anything to stop cartels that control the banking houses and all the large corporations. We have no choice but to continue to fund terrorism with our oil dollars because it suits the cartel to make billions and billions of dollars off both sides of this kind of protracted conflict.

All states need to demand an immediate release of the oil reserves in Gull Island Alaska. Within sixty days this oil could be flowing. We should demand that they finish the original project on the Alaska pipeline. They were supposed to build one more oil and one natural gas pipeline adjacent to one that was built but they never did. Since the infrastructure has already been done, these additional lines could be built today without any additional impact to environment. They could be done in probably 180 days. Had they done this, we would not have problem today of having to shut down the pipeline to fix corrosion damage, we would still a second line running. If we ran both lines at once we could easily produce 2 million barrels per day just from the North Slope. The natural gas from the North Slope might be enough to power half of the nation but today they just pumping it back into the ground.

Does the North Slope show any sign of being depleted any time soon? No, in the 1970’s when first drilled, the Prudhoe Bay site had 1500 Lbs per cubic inch of natural artisan pressure. Today over thirty years later it is still has the same and even shows some signs of increasing indicating it could be renewing itself. Remember this, they don’t want you independent. They want you to continue to fund terrorism so that they can build their new world police state, put you into slavery, and make billions of dollars doing it. Do you still think the establishment parties are serving your interest?

For the future we should support and continue to development alternative energy sources, like bio-diesel, Ethanol, and synthetic crude from agricultural waste. These can help develop the rural economy. But they are best a solution that is years away even with a crash space program type effort. Conservation and efficiency can help but, it is not the solution. Only increasing domestic production, uncapping existing wells, and working for the future will solve this problem
(7) We need to protect our right to maintain the freedom over our own health care in Kansas. Neither the federal government nor international agreements have the right to maintain what you can or cannot do with your body. Your right to alternative treatments and nutritional supplementation shall not be taken away from the people of Kansas.

We need to establish our own standards that are higher of than those who wish to take our supplements away so it will comply with their codex guidelines but still maintain your right to have them. We need to insure that the freedom of information on alternative health issues not be infringed. We need to make sure that all parents are fully informed about the risk v. benefits of vaccination. The right to object and refuse vaccination or compulsory medical care in Kansas must be preserved. We need to promote and protect alterative and naturopathic care in Kansas. We need to recognize that alterative care, nutrition, and prevention are the only means to control rising health care. We can longer continue to throw money at this problem.

Kansas must stand firm and reject any incestuous relationship with the school districts and the pharmaceutical industry. We must reject programs like teen screen that promote prescriptions of psychotropic drugs to our children without valid diagnosis by qualified professionals and without unbiased second opinions. Parental rights must be upheld in health care issues. No child shall be placed on psychotropic drugs upon the sole recommendation of an unqualified school official.

We need to plug the holes in HIPPA laws and hold doctors and third party recipients of such information accountable for any damages caused by the unauthorized release of correct or false information. All patients or guardians shall have the right to and “will” receive courtesy copies of all information released and to whom. These rules and liabilities shall apply to governmental agencies and federal authorities as well.

(8) Something really needs to done with education in Kansas and probably most states will also identify with as well. We keep throwing money at a system that is broken and getting less and less for our dollar investment. This is the definition of insanity and it appears the inmates are in charge of the asylum.

Our schools systems are much too top heavy with administration which is more concerned with micro-managing compliance with ridiculous politically correct federal mandates than real learning objectives. More of the curriculum needs to be returned to local control. We need to downsize administration cost and divorce ourselves from federal mandates.

We need to preserve and protect the home schooling options for parents. We need to see this as a means to reduce costs rather than as means to lost revenue. With proper guidance and oversight, home schooling children have shown that they score better than average and they are even have better social skills leading to better citizens in adult life. Why shouldn’t we encourage this? Let’s find what they are doing right.

We need to assure that our children are learning the basics of our Republican form of government. Our true history and the constitution used to be a required subject before graduation. Today our children know nothing about their constitutional rights or what it says. Many don’t even know when the revolutionary war was fought, who we fought, or what it was all about. In many places it is simply not taught anymore.

Student lead prayer or the Ten Commandments in public schools are not a violation of the establishment clause but forbidding them is a violation of the first amendment. I would like to see all children required to perform some sort of menial minimum wage job for at least three months before they can graduate. Let them bus tables, clean bedpans, work in a nursing home, or do janitorial work so that they see what people and the real world are like before you set them lose. This will foster some basic courtesy and consideration for others. Our children should also get some training in basic personal finance before graduation so that they will no longer bait for the bankers and other wolves to consume them.

At least in grades 9-12, we should encourage the partnership of business professionals with the school system to provide guest teachers with real world experience in the areas of math, science, business, and the arts. We should model this after the highly successful guest professor programs in college and adult education extension programs. Retired or currently practicing professionals could teach their skills basic subject knowledge to our children at a much lower cost. We would be providing the kids valuable real world mentorships. Business would be investing in their future and could receive tax incentives for allowing their employees to participate.

(9) Both state and federal judges are out of control. No judge whether they are State, local, or Federal has the authority to make laws or determine the appropriation of funding. No supreme court whether State or Federal is the supreme final authority on matters of law. “We The People” are the final authority on all matters of law. We the people chartered them. They are supposed work for us not we for them. No court decision, even a supreme court decision can become law unless the “The People” ratify it.

What does this mean? It means that the people have the power to reject their rulings. We have the power through our legislative representative to over rule them. We have the power through our legislative representative and some times the ballot box to remove them. We have to power through mass civil disobedience to not accept their ruling. We have the to power in the jury box to refuse to convict anyone or persons of any unjust, illegal, unconstitutional, or abominable law that the people don’t accept.

When our forefathers designed our constitutional republic they also designed the separation of powers which is supposed to keep the four branches of government in check with the others, so no one part could become a tyranny. That is right four branches; legislative, executive, judicial, and “the people”. The people’s power to check their government lies in the ballot box, the soap box, the mail box, the donation box (spending power), the devotion box, and the jury box. The last and final authority as guaranteed by the 2nd amendment is the bullet box. We pray that will not be necessary...

The jury box is most direct check upon the judiciary. When that judge says that you have to take his interpretation of the law as fact and that you can only rule on the facts in evidence to decide guilt or innocence, don’t you believe him for one minute. You have the right to judge the law as well as the facts in evidence. The judge is only there to keep order and make sure the procedure remains fair and impartial and judges no longer do a good job at that.

What we need to do as a matter of statue is make it illegal for any judge to impose any sort of sanctions or contempt charges against any Kansas resident for practicing their legal right and duty of jury nullification of any law. It should also be illegal for any judge to use as legal precedence any ruling or matter of law from a foreign power or international law that does not come from a “valid constitutional treaty” that has been properly ratified. These international agreements are not treaties. Many are not between individual nations and the USA. Few if any of them have ever been properly ratified by 2/3 of the Senate. Therefore, they are not valid law.
In the latest Supreme Court ruling in Kansas that dictated the horrible financial burden of public school finance, at least 5 of the 7 judges had conflicts of interest with the public school system. Several had wives who were employed by a public school district and some were members of law firms that had school districts as clients. They should have recused themselves but they did not. We need to ride herd on these guys. Legislatures have to start taking action against judges who abuse their power. Kick them out. There is legal procedure to do this and if it is too difficult, let’s fix that.

We might want to investigate the whole selection process. There is no legal or constitutional requirement that a judge must be a lawyer. In fact in the history of this country and in many states, many judges of old were never formal practicing lawyers. What we need are legal scholars who have no judicial history to serve as judges. We need to reassert common law courts and grand juries and empower them with legal standing as a check against this administrative martial law courts. What we really need to do is revoke the legal standing of the War Powers Act and any other status that placed us under martial law and admiralty court procedures.

(10) We must take steps to secure the electoral process and the ballot box. The government just required that every single precinct in America must have at least one electronic touch screen voting machine. Why would this be? What possible advantage is this? These machines have already been proven time and time again not to be secure. They are easily hacked into via remote wireless nodes unknown to most election officials. They don’t provide any sort of paper trail to verify or even latter challenge the vote totals. The processing code is not allowed to be inspected to verify if any embedded flipping of totals is in the program. It is already been demonstrated that many of manufacturers or distributors of these machines have connections to felons associated with the Mafia or even the CIA. Yet, we still trust the vote totals?

In Kansas there is presently no requirement for voters to show identification either at registration or on Election Day. It is just your word that you are who you say you are and that you are a citizen entitled to vote. There are not attempts whatsoever to verify citizenship and nothing but promises to keep illegal aliens from voting. There is nothing to prevent bogus persons or even dead from marching into the polls to vote. Lists are never scrubbed or verified until months or often years after the election. These procedures need to be changed

Vote-smart papers

Abortion and stem cell research:

I think this issue should be considered beyond that of a simple right to choose. While I accept that we need to preserve the protection of women’s lives, I also realize that Kansas law does not clearly define what protecting the life and health of a woman is. It is left solely to the doctor to make that decision and we have doctors who have defined that to mean the simple inconvenience as protecting the life and health of a woman. This perverts the present law and nothing can be done with the current law to stop it.

Let us get real for a moment. Abortions are not a safe or harmless procedure even when it is done by a qualified professional in a qualified clinic. While we have made it a little safer by moving these procedures from the back allies to antiseptic clinics, I am disturbed by the fact that women are being denied their rights to be fully informed about the decisions they are making and the risks and long term consequences to their bodies. How can we say we are protecting women’s rights when we deny them this right? It is in this regard that I want parental consent to be considered. It certainly makes no sense to require the parent’s consent to allow your child to attend a class field trip but, you don’t have to get their consent to for a dangerous medical procedure. The argument about the rape or incest of a child by a parent as why we must not allow parental consent makes no sense. If there is rape or incest by a parent we want to make this public, we don’t want this covered up by secret abortions.

The other thing that I am very concerned about that is never brought up in the discussion of this issue is the huge secondary market that exists for the fetal tissue and body parts. Just check the latest price list on Opening Lines of Frankfurt Ill. Add up the parts. You can get as much as $3000 for a quality body parts for late term infant once it is carved up and sold off like a hog. You cannot even get that much money for raising a hog for 9 months. These parts are sold off for research, cosmetics, drug development, and even the Chinese have culinary market for fetal tissue. I just cannot accept this barbarism and I don’t want to be part of any society that is going down this path of killing for profit.

State budget and economic development:

The education system in Kansas is top heavy. We need to greatly decrease administration so that we can increase funding to actual classroom and teaching expenses. We do this by eliminating and rejecting worthless and useless federal mandates. I think the entire state budget is also over burdened with excess programs and unnecessary spending. Kansas already has more employees per capita than 45 other states. We already are in top ten of tax rates. Our economy is failing and we are facing even more increased taxes if we don’t attack the problem at its’ heart. We need more transparency in comprehensive annual reports that are currently hiding billions and billions of available reserve funds to meet our needs but, they don’t want us to know just what is available. What we need is to get rid of politicians that will not obey and keep their oaths of office. We need to get rid of others who will vote whichever way is convenient for the corporate money masters even if it means breaking the Kansas or US Constitution. Campaign reform and judicial conflicts of interest must be addressed. We need to follow a development model to expand the Kansas economy to replace the reserves as we use them. This means we need to do something about the terrible adverse trade policies that destroy Kansas as well as America. We need cut benefits and costs being paid to Illegal aliens so that we can pay more to citizens who deserve and need help. It is a shameful disgrace and an embarrassment that the State cannot find money to maintain its state parks.

The largest problem we face from state budget shortages to crime can all be reduced to one factor, Jobs and economic development to create good jobs. We have to stop the flow of jobs leaving the country chasing cheaper dollars. The development model requires that we invest here instead of in foreign countries. We need policies that will encourage this. Synthetic fuel production, bio-fuels, and water technologies are industries that Kansas should be investing in. We need to develop and pursue new products and crops for farmers to grow with little expense. Three other states are pursuing legislation legalize the growth and production of Industrial Hemp. We currently import these products from Canada but Kansas farmers can not legally grow it here. Kansas soil and climate has already been determined to be best suited even better than Canada to grow this crop and it could be done at little expense. This plant can produce hundreds of industries from textiles, food, medicine, and paper and it is simply a large industry that we are ignoring because of false information about the plant. Industrial Hemp is not Marijuana. Hemp was the cash crop that this nation was originally founded on. It is important to realize that development is not the casino, retail, or entertainment industry. While I admit that such development may encourage the relocation of other industries to Kansas, the casino economy by itself creates no new wealth, it only redistributes. We must pursue developing more value added industries like Agriculture, manufacturing, and natural resource extraction. We must focus on developing the rural economies this will stop the inequities between rural and urban centers. If our rural areas can become more sustainable then it relieves the tax burdens on the urban centers.

Tax Policy and Revenue:

I have signed the pledge not to increase taxes and I support the taxpayer bill of rights in principle. If tax increases are necessary because we can not cut enough spending, then I want to find a way to tax those you are currently benefiting from importing cheap foreign goods and cheap foreign labor. I have not yet figured out a way to get around the current abominable trade agreements, but I am working on it. How about this, we should charge a service fee on capital transactions for money leaving the state going to foreign countries. It is not a tax on goods and it is fee for the service we are rendering for educating their children, housing their criminals, and paying and welfare benefits to their citizens. Mexico currently does this with billions of US dollars flowing back from their citizens who “illegally” reside here. Why don’t we take our expense portion out before it is sent there. Every currency transaction on goods we buy or that “illegal” aliens send back should be accessed a transaction fee. We could exempt individual citizens and legal aliens. Just what is wrong with taking care of America first? How can we help the world’s poor if we cannot even help our own?

Crime & Punishment;

I think it is time that we start realizing that solving our crime problem has nothing to do with too few prisons. We have too much crime. Locking people up does not really deter crime as much as we would like. While we cannot and should not let violent offenders roam free. We might look into privatizing some of our institutions for the non violent offenders. We certainly should consider other alternatives for non violent offenders. An increasing amount of criminal activity and incarnation is coming from illegal aliens. We cannot get good data because police are presently barred from inquiring about a suspect’s or felon’s immigration status. This should stop. If we can get better data then why not bill these countries for the problem. If they will not pay, we will subtract it as a withholding on currency transactions going to those countries from this state. Another option we need to look into the current abuse of prison labor. Inmates work for pennies per hour and we currently allow private contractors to benefit from such labor to make huge profits. The state should see that these inmates are paid a reasonable wage and then we can deduct from that wage some of their costs for their support. If that is not acceptable, then we need to tax the profits higher from those that benefit because the state is not getting any benefit from this current labor other than job training for inmates. It should be illegal to do biological experiments on inmates without their knowledge or consent in Kansas.

I can support a death penalty under the right circumstances, but your question does not specify. I do have some problem with the current law that says that if a Jury cannot agree on unanimous “no” death penalty then the death penalty is applied. I have problems imposing a death penalty on circumstantial evidence only and even forensic evidence can be misapplied or misread sometimes. I have a problem imposing a death penalty when a body has never been found. If we can establish standards that are not only clear and convincing but beyond a shadow of doubt and it is applied to only particularly heinous and pre-meditated crimes, then I can support it.

I would agree with strengthening sentences for drug crimes but I don’t want stiffer sentences for the mere user. I want those stiffer sentences to be applied to the higher levels of distribution and manufacture not just the small runners and mules. We want the head of snake not the tail. Should minors be tried as adults? That has to go by a case by case basis. All violent crimes are a hate crime. To go after stiffer penalties just because the victim was of different race, belief, sex, or sexual origin of the perpetrator is wrong. We need keep this card close to the vest because playing it too often is simply fueling even more distrust and hatred between groups. If we cannot demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that the crime was “solely” motivated by the hate for the differences between people then it should not be played. The Genocide Convention Treaty hate crimes should not be applied to individuals but, should be applied to government officials and corporations that persecute groups, races, beliefs, and other differences. But that is not how current hate crime laws are written. For us to continue to list more and more every day items as controlled substances because they can be used to make bombs or drugs, is simply getting out of hand. We are fast approaching a paranoid fascist society. Stop it.

It should be illegal to implant a micro chip in any Kansan without their knowledge or consent. No spy chips shall leave any store still active unless the purchaser is informed of such.

Education:

See the discussion above about state funding and budgets. I believe the money can be found through cuts and other sources without raising taxes. I think we also have to continue support home schooling options. I believe more local control should be returned to school curriculum. We need to focus on results rather than mere attendance. I believe that vouchers and merit pay will create competition to improve schools. I believe those that perform well should be rewarded with increases. Not only do I not believe in in-state tuition for illegal immigrants but, I think we should be billing these foreign governments for educating their children in our public schools. If they will not pay, then we will access the fees to their trade goods or currency transaction leaving the state to those countries

We must stop the incestuous relationship of the Pharmaceutical industry with the schools. Programs like teen screen must be stopped and rejected in Kansas. No child should be placed psychotropic drugs upon the mere recommendation of an unqualified school official. Parents shall retain the right to have a qualified unbiased second opinion and the right to pursue alternative care if a qualified diagnosis is confirmed.

Job Training & Affirmative Action:

I can support job-training programs but let’s get real. We can get the best trained and skilled workforce but, it does no good if there are no jobs to apply those skills. When I was a displaced worker such training was absolutely worthless to me. I already had a college education and the training was too basic to be of any value. I could not qualify for any assistance because I already had a degree but, I still could not find a job for months then it was for half of what I was making before. If we are going to use the word retrain, it should not matter about the former educational or experience status of such employees. While I support and laud efforts to create opportunities for all individuals regardless of race, sex, or other prejudices, too often the present system of affirmative action and quotas locks out some the best qualified employees from being considered. Employers must be free to hire the best qualified persons regardless of race, creed, or other factors and government should not force them to do otherwise. The law should only apply when two candidates are of equal experience and qualifications.

Affirmative action in public employment should be considered but, it should be on an equal playing field. I don’t think that candidates should be given preference over others simply because they are in some specific quota group. If they are qualified then yes, let use that in the decision but don’t hire less than qualified person simply because we have to have the numbers balance out. State contracting should be for best bidder and regardless of who that is, that is it. Colleges should be open to all Kansas graduates from Kansas High Schools regardless of ethnicity on a probationary period. If they can’t make the grade then we weed them out based on performance.

Environment & Energy:

I support the development of alternative energy sources. However, all these technologies are at least 5- 7 years away from having any impact on our current energy problems or relieving energy prices in any way, even if we were to pursue a massive Manhattan or space race type of program. It is essential that we act “now “to release and develop all existing domestic sources of energy production. A very large and substantial volume of domestic oil reserves exist but, they are not being used because they were capped and sealed years ago. A large number of those wells are right here in Kansas. There is more oil in just one field in Alaska than all of Saudi Arabia. Is it not in the Anwar. It is not on the North Slope. It does not need to flow through the pipeline and better yet it has already been drilled and developed. It was capped and sealed under national security thirty years ago and you are not supposed to know that it exists. We just need to turn the spigot on and oil could be flowing in thirty days. But for reasons I will not go into here, we cannot have it and we have to keep funding terrorism with our oil dollars. We can fix this overnight if Kansas will put its muscle between pushing to get these wells uncapped, if Kansas will provide guarantees to it independent producers that will protect them from being undercut by the big boys like happened in the early 1980’s. If Kansas will put its’ muscle behind calling for independent and open unbiased investigations of the big oil industry, the war, and even 911, we could see some of this stuff stopped. Kansas should consider opening up more refinery capacity, with new technology these can be built safely

Health Issues:

I think the problem with health care comes from an incestuous relationship of allopathic medicine to the Pharmaceutical industry. I want to take steps to assure all Kansans the right to alternative naturopathic care, nutritional supplements, and information on alternative medicine, treatment, and cures. I want to shackle the FDA and the codex applications in Kansas. Clearly we are spending millions and millions of dollars on health care that is broken and does not work. I want to protect basic rights to choose alternatives and not expand more controls over those choices by allopathic managed care. I would support insurance reforms that will encourage alternative care. I would support efforts to expand alternative care practices in Kansas and reduce the over all cost and improve the effectiveness of results. We also need to guarantee the right of parents to choose alternative medicine for the children and to see that all people are fully informed about the risks associated with vaccines. We need to preserve the right to refuse vaccinations. We need to preserve organic labeling, farming, and farmers markets in Kansas.

We need to strengthen the HIPPA protections in Kansas. Any unauthorized release of false or even correct information by governmental authorities should also be held accountable and subject to damages. Every patient and or guardian shall have the right to or shall be given a courtesy copy of all information released to third parties concerning their medical records

INDEPENDENCE DAY

IS IT TIME FOR A NEW TEA PARTY?

AN IGNORED LETTER TO THE STAR

As we celebrate the Fourth of July most Americans are blissfully ignorant of what it means. We don’t grasp the significance of what our forefather’s did or that Independence means national sovereignty. They threw off the shackles of tyranny to form a free nation that gave us the freedom and prosperity that was once the envy of the world. But today, it has changed.
In the war against terrorism we have sent troops all around the world to protect our freedom but we leave our borders wide open. Then we destroy those very freedoms by increasing police power, surveillance, and assaults against our bill of rights. Our property is seized, judges run amuck, and the yoke of taxation and regulation never ends. We must now form supra national unions for peace and prosperity; selling out the sovereignty that we celebrate on the 4th and surrendering our laws to those of international agreements and Pam American Unions. Why does harmonizing our laws always mean that we must lower our standards rather than raise those of whom with we are joining? If we celebrate the flag but destroy everything it stands for, who is standing for us? Who is protecting us? Who is giving us an Operation America Freedom?

The newspapers are questioning why readership has dropped off. So they give us fluff and pretty colors but still feed us filtered dribble. Here is bright idea, why not give us substance otherwise, it is just entertainment.

So when the smoke clears and burgers are cooked and between the rockets red glare and apple pie, why not read the declaration of independence this year. Substitute new enemies for old, then you see that our own government has done to us everything that King George did to our forefathers. Then you will know that all that is necessary for evil the triumph is for good men to do nothing. Remember this on Election Day, there is always another choice than the current two party two step. If we don’t change there is no Independence Day anymore.

A WASTED VOTE

ARE YOU THROWING AWAY YOUR VOTE?

We are constantly deluded into believing a false left-right paradigm. How many times have you been told that voting for anyone other than a candidate from either of established Republic-crat or Demo-con party is a wasted vote. We are told over and over that third party candidates are simply not viable because they have no hope of winning the election. So we continue to follow the same insanity, doing the same thing over and over only the get the same results. It seems that no matter who we elect, whether they Republican or Democrat we keep getting the same results. The whole Liberal v. Conservative, Democrat v. Republican, Labor v. Conservative, or Capitalism v. Socialism polarity, is a fraud.

It does it matter whether it is Democrat or Republican, we continue to get bigger and bigger government, more and more oppressive taxation, our freedoms are evaporating as surely the ink fades on our constitutional guarantees. Judges, police, and unconstitutional agencies are exercising authority over our property and lives that are in direct violation to alienable rights that have been granted to us from our creator. We are no longer secure in homes, effects, properties, papers, or even the health choices over our own bodies. Our right to freedom of conscience is threatened by attacks against freedom of speech, assembly, and religious expression. They have consolidated the media and the school system to be controlled only by a few individuals and have conspired to keep us ignorant by simply controlling the information we are allowed to know. We have gotten the best legislators that money can buy and they have manipulated elections to keep and appoint their corrupt servants to serve them. They have surrendered our sovereignty and national security to international agencies, organization, and corporate interest. They have infested us with illegal aliens and turned a blind eye while we are slowly being colonized by foreign powers. Our military who are loyal to protecting America are sent overseas to die in foreign conflicts which are planned in advance and manipulated to promote corporate interests. Some how you are programmed to believe that to protect freedom in America, we have to destroy it here and we have wage war against innocent women and children around the globe with weapons of mass destruction. This government of the People, for the People, and by the People has become a government of the corporate money, by corporate money, and for the corporate money. If this is what you want then vote for an establishment candidate, if it is not then you are throwing your vote away if you do.

Within the real matrix there is no difference. The establishment parties are all working toward the same end. Whether you believe in God does not matter but the real struggle is between God’s way versus that the lucifer. Lucifer wants to think you can achieve utopia by changing man from the outside through the use of force, rewards, and enlightenment. God says that you can only have the kingdom of God if you allow men to change from the inside. God’s way to give men “freedom to choose”. The global matrix wants to take it way from you. They want to force you to do it their way, because they have brains the size of planets and they think know better than God. Remember this, the vote for the lesser of two evils is still a vote for evil. Don’t throw your vote away. Run for office yourself and to get reform you must vote reform.

KANSAS ISSUES

TAXATION:
The citizens of Kansas as well as all Americans are facing an ever increasing tax burdens. I am dedicated to the proposition of downsizing the Government and eliminating excessive regulations instead of your pocket book

Specific items to work on:
1. Kansas income tax exemptions are woefully inadequate and represent a hardship on working families. We find a way to raise them.
2. We need work on providing more transparency in the State and Local Government’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports. As present there are billions of your tax dollars squirreled away in “Reserve Funds” that you don’t even know exist. So you are led to believe that budgetary shortages must be made up of increased taxes. The whole legal and financial purpose of these rainy day reserve funds is to provide funds to operate governmental purposes in years of down economic activity. They are then to be replenished in years of prosperity much like your personal savings is supposed to operate. Yet, our authorities are refusing to use or even acknowledge that these funds exist. We can find ways to use some of these funds instead of raising taxes but, we must do so only if we have the courage to follow a plan to bring prosperity back to Kansas.
3. We need encourage business expansion, growth, and retention in the State of Kansas. Creating jobs that matter are not those that rely on importing cheap foreign or un-documented labor that contribute little to economy and send the loin’s of their earnings back home to foreign nations instead of Kansas. Business that matter does not involve those that import cheap foreign goods not made in Kansas. We must have a tax policy; investment policy, regulatory environment, and investment in this state that says to our domestic employers we support you and we discourage those you exploit our citizens and guest workers. Your input on how to do this will be appreciated.
4. We need to revisit the multi-jurisdictional sales tax problems. It has become an undue hardship and administrative nightmare for Businesses with multiple sales locations in Kansas. Your input on how to do this will be appreciated.

FREEDOM TO FARM

Since the quantity and quality of food is important every American, Kansas must take steps now to insure that Kansans retain the right to farm and receive rewards from that activity.
Specific items to work on:
1. There shall be no kind of federal license or premise ID required of any Kansas farmer. It shall not be compulsory and refusal to take such ID or to micro chip livestock animals shall not preclude any Kansas farmer or farming activity from being able to conduct the business of buying or selling farm commodities. There should no financial penalties or discounts form commodities sold without such ID.
2. Kansas must reassert our 4th and 5th amendment rights. No property shall be seized in Kansas without due process and just compensation for such property. We must address eminent domain, unwarranted property, seizures and federal land grabs. Eminent domain must be more clearly defined and fair market value must the raised to the highest and best use value for purpose of seizures. In no case shall remuneration of property taken as part of an eminent domain be less than the last property tax appraised value. No property should be seized without a court of law first finding guilt or cause for seizure. The burden of proof for seizure must be passed to government authority to prove cause to seize rather the owner having to prove the right to get it back after seizure.
3. Kansas needs to take steps to insure that organic and whole food farming stay viable in Kansas. Local farmers markets need not only to be encouraged but protected from federal intervention.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION & FREE TRADE

This may seem like a national issue and that since Kansas is not a border state there is little that we can do. What part of the word “illegal” does this debate not understand? If you oppose illegal immigration that does not mean we oppose immigration. It does not mean we oppose any sort of legal guest workers. It means we want it controlled and monitored as it should be, so what can Kansas do?

1. No in-state tuition for “illegal aliens”.
2. Enable the enforcement of existing laws.
3. As a state we can compel federal authorities to do their job
4. Stiffer criminal penalties for identity theft and the production and marketing fraudulent documentation to illegal aliens.
5. If the federal government is not going to do its job to provide a system for employers to easily verify that aliens have proper work documents, then maybe the state can create a system and then we bill the cost to the federal government for doing their job. We can establish our own legal guest worker program that assures the workers are not exploited and that all taxes are properly paid. It will give us a better way to tract, trace, and determine if these workers should stay or be sent home. Those who will not volunteer will be illegal or assumed that they have other agendas for being here.
6. Employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens without proper documents and do so for the express purpose of avoiding payroll taxes, benefits, insurance, and pay less than the prevailing wage to such aliens, should face stiffer fines and criminal charges for repeat offenses.
7. No subsidized loans for “illegal” aliens from Kansas sources.
8. Deed restrictions for foreign owners that indicate that foreign buyers who have been found guilty of breaking the laws of Kansas or who purchase such property from funds earned while in an “illegal” status shall forfeit said property.
9. No trans-American Union or Trans-American transportation corridors through Kansas without express consent and adequate studies by the legislature. No foreign ownership or operation of these activities in Kansas. Kansas shall reserve its right to inspect such shipments at its port of entry and to enforce its common carrier laws with respect to goods entering this State. No Kansas taxpayer funds shall be used to construct such corridors or hubs, without the consent of the people of Kansas.
10. Kansas should resolve to promote fair or advantaged trade polices rather than mere free and open borders. Kansas should promote a trade development model that is designed to expand the markets for Kansas goods rather than the exploitation of cheap foreign labor and goods.
11. At present there are no active efforts by the state to assure that of the over 200,000 unproven registered voters that any of them are illegal. Federal law requires that where a certain percentage of voters don’t speak English, the state must provide ballots in that language but, the state makes no effort to determine if any of these non English speakers are legal or illegal. The law does not require such ballots for illegals because illegals are not supposed to vote. No illegals should vote in Kansas!

PRESERVING FREEDOM

I believe that the goal of good government is to exist to preserve and protect the freedom of its citizens not to take them away.

1. Kansas needs to resolve to reassert its Tenth Amendment Rights.
2. No more unfunded Federal mandates. No more Federal mandates that go beyond the Constitutional powers of the Federal Government. No more Federal mandates that violate the Kansas Constitution, our Bill or rights, or the 10th amendment right of the State of Kansas. No more Federal extortion of withholding federal funds due the State. If necessary, we need to resolve to find ways to respond in kind to such extortion, we don’t need to take this anymore.
3. Kansas needs to resolve to rescind provisions of the Patriot Act One and Two.
4. Kansas needs to say no the Real ID act. No to federal mandates to digitize any biometric data and most importantly preserve and protect personal genetics and DNA from further intrusions from either the state, federal government, or private enterprise.
5. No open sharing of any personal data and identification data with any foreign power, international organization, or private enterprise without first acquiring a valid warrant the specifies the reason for such.
6. It should be a criminal offense in Kansas to compel any legal resident or their children to take a miro-chip implant for against their consent or knowledge.
7. It should be a criminal offense to sell merchandize that is implanted with Spy Chips without disclosing such to the buyer of such merchandise in Kansas. The chips by must disabled before such merchandise leaves the store or place of purchase if not disclosed. . .
8. We need to plug the holes in current HIPPA laws and see that medical records of Kansas citizens are protected. The release of such medical records by any medical employee or practitioner to any third party without a valid release shall be a criminal offense. The release of fraudulent or unverified medical conditions by any employee or practitioner shall be unlawful. Third parties receiving such information unlawfully and then further releasing it shall be liable and subject to any damages caused by such release. The patient or their legal guardian shall have the right to receive copies of all information so released to third parties. State and Federal agencies shall not be exempt from these provisions.
9. No Judge state or federal shall impose sanctions or contempt charges against any Kansas Resident for practicing their legal right and duty of jury nullification.
10. It shall be unlawful for any business, corporation, and individual to release personal financial information, phone records, email contents, or other privileged communications in mass or by specific individual to any government agency or private business without a valid warrant or consent of customer
11. No voting ballots in Kansas without valid paper trial. Computer voting must be subject to the inspection of software and must be proven secure.

HEALTH CARE FREEDOM

The right to determine your own medical treatment or one’s self or minor children shall be preserved in Kansas. The high cost of medical care and insurance can be moderated through the following.

1. Kansas must preserve and protect the right of residents to have access to alternative treatments, nutritional supplements, whole foods, organic produce, and health care information. Kansas should adopt its own set of standards that are codex compliant but establish a higher standard that prevents any codex standards from imposing lesser standards that will take away health alternative choices.
2. It shall be unlawful not to “fully” inform the people of Kansas about the risks verse benefits of vaccinations in Kansas. Kansans shall retain the right of religious exemption and the election of not to take a vaccination after being fully informed. No person or child shall be compelled to take a vaccination against their will. No person or child shall be compelled to take medical treatment against their will even in time of emergency. If in time of emergency such refusal leads to quarantine, such quarantines shall not extend past any incubation periods. Any quarantines lasting past reasonable incubation period shall be subject to due process and the writ of Habeas Corpus.
3. Kansas needs to review the Medicare D supplement plans. We need endorse the use of reliable and qualified Canadian suppliers to reduce state costs for Medicare and Medicaid. The Medicare D plans did nothing to reduce the costs of pharmaceutical drugs or health costs
4. Kansas should encourage health insurance plans that provide coverage for prevention and alternative nutrition supplements and naturopathic physicians by reducing policy taxes on these plans.
5. Benevolent cost sharing plans based upon religious association and beliefs shall not be regulated as insurance in Kansas.
6. The right of Kansans to have information on alternative care and proven remedies shall not be abridged. Intervention by the FDA in such matters shall be seen as a violation Kansan’s first amendment rights and the 10th amendment of the state of Kansas.
7. Kansas should require the labeling of genetically modified foods sold in Kansas. Kansas should take steps to see the labeling of foods as organic and natural mean that they are free from synthetic additives or genetically modified proteins.

EDUCATION

Clearly something needs to be done here. We keep throwing money at a system that is broken and getting less and less for our dollar. Friend that is definition insanity and it appears that inmates are in charge of asylum.

1. Our school system is too top heavy with administrative costs concerned more about complying with ridiculous federal mandates and politically correct thinking results than whether your children are actually learning anything. More of the curriculum content needs to be returned to local control. We need downsize administration costs and divorce ourselves from federal mandates as much as possible. We need to pursue a results driven plan rather one that is more concerned about attendance rather than learning.
2. We need to preserve, protect, and encourage home schooling options in Kansas. We need to encourage this as remedy to better results and cost savings rather than lost revenues to the public schools. Studies have proven home schooled children score better on average on standardized tests than public students.
3. We should encourage the partnership of business professionals with the school system to provide guest teachers with real world experience in the areas of math, science, business, and the arts. We should model this after the guest professor programs that have been so successful in College and adult education extension programs. Retired or currently practicing professionals could teach their skills and basic skills knowledge to our kids at much lower cost and provide them with valuable real world mentor ships. Business would be investing in their future and could receive tax incentives for allowing their employee to give an hour a day to teach a class.
4. In regard to funding, no Judge whether they are federal or state has the constitutional authority to determine how schools shall be funded or how much money should be spent. It is legislative authority to apportion and allocate funds. If there are issues of equitable sharing of funds between districts these need to be resolved in legislative sessions.
5. Kansas must stand firm and reject any incestuous relationships with the school districts and the pharmaceutical industry. Kansas must reject programs like teen screen that promote the prescriptions of psychotropic drugs to our children without valid diagnosis by qualified mental health professionals and without the unbiased examination by second opinions who have no vested interest in the school system. Parental rights must be up held and no child shall be placed on psychotropic drugs upon the sole recommendation of an unqualified school official without parental consent and being fully informed alternatives or the right to have a second opinion.

ENERGY

1. Bio-mass fuels and synthetic fuels made from bio waste could be critical to the future of the Kansas economy. Their development should be continued and their economic viability should be encouraged.
2. Kansas should push for crude oil price supports for independent producers to encourage the production and expansion of existing Kansas Crude production from independent producers. Independent producers need some guarantees that the large oil producers will not drop price in favor of cheaper foreign crude. They presently reluctant to invest in expanding production and exploration because big oil did this to them after the crisis of the mid 1970’s.
3. We encourage the construction of additional refinery capacity in Kansas.
4. Kansas needs to chime in to the demand for independent investigations in current big oil company practices and why there exists record profits at the same time supposedly “supplies” are limited. This does not pass the financial smell test. If costs are indeed up because of supply pressures, then profit margins should have been effectively diminished as well.
5. Kansas needs to demand independent investigations into Middle Eastern oil policies and potential motives to use war as means to suppress oil production for the purpose of raising the price of oil.
6. Kansas should also demand an independent investigation of 911
